Any materials required for the project (such as logos, brand guidelines, text content, product images, or access to accounts/platforms) must be provided promptly. You are responsible for reviewing drafts, proofs, or deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. Delayed responses can push back the overall project deadline.
For impact packages, we may request proof that your product and services are eligible before starting on your project. This may include: social media pages, examples of past work, and how our services will benefit your cause. We reserve the rights to terminate our services if found that you were not eligible for our services based on falsely presented information.

For virtual projects, such as design, SEO, and certain marketing services, a 50% deposit must be completed up-front prior to the start of your project. Deposits are refundable only if the project is cancelled within 24 hours of booking and before any work has commenced. Once work has begun, all deposits become non-refundable as they secure project scheduling, preparation, and labour costs.
Payment online will be done via an online portal (through credit, debit, or PayPal), or through e-transfer. The remaining 50% is expected to be paid upon project completion. For in-person projects, such as photography and certain marketing services, payment can be completed upon completion. In-person payment can be done via cash, Paypal, or e-transfer.
